We have learned that part of the Landfill construction has been delayed and our field is available for much of the Summer. Accordingly, we will be looking for mowing volunteers
Check here for the Mowing Schedule and send us a note with your dates.

Jim Earls flys his electric sportplane at the VABEC farm field on a hot and muggy Sunday afternoon (6/27)

Again this year, Joe Famolare has graciously invited us to fly Gliders and Electrics at the VABEC farm. We will fly in the usual field behind the pole barn taking care to avoid overlying buildings and other activities at the farm including soccer games and school groups. In the keeping with VABEC's community spirit BAF members are asked to always be considerate of others and remember that we are their guests.

Only BAF members and AMA member guests will be allowed to fly at the farm. If members encounter other people flying on the property, we are asked to inform them of the situation. Please park in approved parking areas - not behind the pole barn.
